Rapha Hell Of The North

Dusted the cobwebs off Chris Newton's '09 Condor Leggero, popped the race wheels out and borrowed Boom's Ultegras with 24mm Conti Grand Prix's and off we set for the 'Hell Of The North'. In honour of the Queen Of The Classics the ride took in 8 or so sectuers of Grave (gravelly-pave).



We rattled round the ride uneventfully, riding everything (would've been fairly disappointed if a bunch of 'crossers, fresh from 50hrs of hellish MTB racing were thwarted by the lanes of Hertfordshire) and cruised back to the pub where we were treated to the spectacle of Spartacus smashing the living daylights out of all and sundry, chapeau!
